The delicate stalks of our fresh cut microgreens are loaded with flavor. All the types of microgreens we grow thrive best in a humidity and temperature controlled environment. They are approximately 4-6″ at harvest and each tray measures 10-20″. That is a lot of microgreens for only $20. A tray will last some families a full week!


The harvested crops stay fresh for several days if refrigerated. They also freeze nicely to chop for toppings or for cooking. Try replacing your lettuce, spinach and other green leaf veggies with microgreens instead. Why?
